How to become A Member

Membership Information:
SSKC offers ordinary and Junior memberships. Simply fill out a membership application and submit it to the executive for approval.




The South Shore Kennel Club Constitution:
The objectives of the club shall be to advance the best interest of the dog and the dog fancier in all matters; to encourage and support Dog Shows and Obedience Trials for competition and public interest; to emphasize to the public the importance and merit of pure breeding and of purebred registered dogs; to foster and maintain among ourselves a warm friendship and high degree of sportsmanship; to promote the interest and up-hold the by-laws of the Canadian Kennel Club; to ensure that the SSKC will not be conducted or operated for profit, and any operating surplus or remainder of residue from donations, dues, etc., to the club shall not be of any benefit to any member or individual.

  
If you are interested in becoming a member of the South Shore Kennel Club, please read and sign the Code of Ethics and  our By-Laws which must accompany the Membership Application Please click the blue links to download these forms.

You can pay for your membership by cash or cheque.  Membership fees are $10.00 for a single membership.
